以具有典型组合焊接式结构特点的PQF轧机芯棒限动装置主齿轮箱箱体为例,介绍了大型齿轮箱组合焊接式箱体的加工工艺和质量控制措施,为该类型齿轮箱箱体的加工制造和质量控制提供参考。
The machining process and quality control measures of large welded reducer boxes with examples of typical combined welded main reducer boxes for PQF mill mandrel retainer are discussed. It provides reference for machining and quality controls of such reducer boxes.
