Objectives To understand under special environment military physical health and discusses the influence factors. Methods Cluster random sampling was used to select the western plateau alpine region soldiers (n =91), and dry desert area military soldiers (n =75) for the test group, 96 soldiers from the city as the control group, two groups were measured to reflect the physiological health status indicators. Results The blood sugar and cholesterol of test group were higher than control alpine environment, total protein was lower than those of the control group, and the plateau above drought desert environment, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05-0.01); alpine environment soldiers maximum plateau ventilation was higher than control group, drought desert environment and drought desert environment soldiers vital capacity and forced vital capacity was lower than control group, alpine environment and high- land difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05-0.01); the test group direct bilirubin was lower than those of the control group, alanine transferase was higher than those in the control group, and the plateau alpine environment under drought desert environment, difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05-0.01) ; the test group potassium, sodium and chloride, calcium concentration were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Special environment has some effect on the physical health status of soldiers.
