根管显微镜辅助下治疗钙化根管的应用研究

Root Canal Microscope-Assisted Treatment of Calcified Root CanalApplied Research

目的：探讨根管显微镜在钙化根管治疗中的作用。方法：收集我医院2009年2~6月连续在我院确诊治疗的钙化根管228例,分为两组：（1）显微镜辅助治疗组：采用根管显微镜辅助治疗,共110例;（2）传统方法治疗组：采用传统方法治疗,共118例。比较两组的治疗成功率和根管治疗时间。结果：显微根管治疗组成功率（91.8%,101/110）明显高于对照组（75.4%,89/118）（P〈0.05）,显微根管治疗组平均每根根管耗时[（25.6±5.6）分钟]明显短于对照组[（36.8±7.2）分钟]（P〈0.05）。结论：根管显微镜辅助下治疗钙化根管能显著提高钙化根管治疗成功率,缩短治疗时间。

Objective： To evaluate the value of microscope in root canal calcified root canal treatment.Methods： Collected in our hospitals from February 2009 to June consecutive 228 cases diagnosed in our hospital calcified root canal treatment,divided into two groups：（1） microscope-assisted treatment group： root canal microscope adjuvant therapy,a total of 110 cases;（2） control group： the traditional method of treatment,a total of 118 cases.Comparing the treatment group and the control group,the treatment success rate and root canal treatment.Results： The treatment composition power（91.8%,101/110） was significantly higher（75.4%,89/118）（P0.05）,treatment group per stud tube takes [（25.6 ± 5.6） minutes] was significantly shorter thanthe control group [（36.8±7.2） minutes（P0.05）.Conclusions： Root canal microscope-assisted therapy calcified root canal calcified root canal treatment success rates can significantly improve and shorten the treatment time.
