复方苦参注射液联合多西他赛治疗激素难治性前列腺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Docetaxel for the Treatment of Hormone-Refractory Prostate Cancer

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合多西他赛治疗激素难治性前列腺癌的近期疗效、不良反应、生活质量。方法:将40例激素难治性前列腺癌患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各20例,2组均采用多西他赛化疗,治疗组在上述给药基础上再静脉注射复方苦参注射液20ml。结果:两组患者中,治疗组在疗效、生活质量及不良反应等方面都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合多西他赛治疗激素难治性前列腺癌具有较好的耐受性和安全性,且能提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the short-term effect adverse reactions and quality of life compound Kushen injection combined with docetaxel therapy for hormone-refractory prostate cancer.Methods： 40 cases of hormone-refractory prostate cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases,two groups received docetaxel chemotherapy,the treatment group on the basis of the above-mentioned administration,intravenous injection of Compound Kushen Injection 20ml.Results： Two groups of patients,the treatment group in terms of efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Compound flavescens injection combined with docetaxel therapy for hormone-refractory prostate cancer has a better tolerability and safety and improve quality of life.
