摘要
针对路天选煤厂原煤性质波动大、浮选指标稳定性差、浮选尾矿跑煤的问题,研究了入浮煤泥的基本特性,进行了浮选流程的实验模拟,并对两段浮选流程进行了探讨。表明采用精选型两段浮选流程、优化精选尾矿去向,既可以提高精煤产率、稳定精煤质量,还可以提升浮选系统的适应性和操控性。
With raw coal of poor quality, the flotation condition and the flotation concentrate quality of Lutian coal preparation plant were not satisfying. In this paper the characteristics of the flotation feed were studied, and the two - stage flotation experiment was carried out. The results showed that the yield and quality of the flotation concentrate, the adaptability and controllability of the flotation system were all improved, by using the two - stage flotation process and optimizing the direction of the concentrating tailing flow.
