摘要
采用浸叶法在室内测定了10种生物农药(7种微生物杀虫剂和3种植物源杀虫剂)和9种植物生长调节剂对家蚕的毒力。结果显示:生物农药对家蚕一般都是高毒或者特高毒的,其中毒力最高的是天除.赛德(0.5%黎芦碱可溶性液剂),其对家蚕的LC50为0.0451μg/mL;植物生长调节剂除国光乙烯利对家蚕的毒力为高毒(LC50为7.9215μg/mL)之外,其他的对家蚕都是中等毒力。在供试的19种药剂中,对家蚕的毒力为特高毒的有5种:天除.赛德、击打、斩除、奇佳和绿卡;高毒的有6种:害通杀、保农丁、博尔、金博尔、消毒立逃、国光乙烯利;中等毒力的有8种:国光助壮素、助壮素、乙烯利、国光矮壮素、国光多效唑、三十烷醇、国光丁酰肼和细胞分裂素。
The virulences of 10 biological pesticides (including 7 microbial pesticides and 3 botanical pesticides) and 9 plant growth regulators to silkworm were tested by leaf - dipping method indoors. The results showed that biological pesticides had high virulence or extremely high virulence against silkworm. Among these biological pesticides, Tianchu · Saide (0.5% Vertrine AS) had the highest virulence against silkworm with the LC50 of 0. 0451 μg/mL. Among all plant growth regulators, only Guoguang Ethephon had high virulence against silkworm with the LC50 of 7. 9215 μg/mL, and the others had medium virulence against silkworm. Among 19 medicaments, the medicaments with extremely high virulence against silkworm had Tianchu · Saide, Jida, Zhanchu, Qijia and Lvka; the medicaments with high virulence against silkworm had Haitongsha, Baonongding, Boer, Jinboer, Xiaodulitao and Guoguang Ethephon; the medicaments with medium virulence against silkworm included Guoguang Mepiquat chloride, Mepiquat chloride, Ethephon, Guoguang Chlormequat, Guoguang Paclobutrazol, Triacontanol, Guoguang Daminozide and Cytokinin.
