摘要
文章综述了农药是造成食品化学性污染的主要原因,导致农药残留的原因所在,以及农药残留对人体健康、农业生产和进出口贸易的危害,并提出了减少农药残留的方法、解决农药残留问题和农村食品安全问题的措施和建议。
The paper reviewed that pesticides are the main reason for the food chemical pollution,the cause of pesticide residues,as well as the dangers to human health,agricultural production and import and export trade.The results showed the several methods of reducing pesticide residues and the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of pesticide residues and rural food safety.
