摘要 结合红会一矿通风系统现状,针对多井口老矿井通风系统特点,通过分析研究,提出多井口老矿井通风系统优化的重点内容应该是通风网络、调节优化;通风阻力优化,主要是对矿井一翼系统最大通风阻力线路实施缩短通风长度、降低风量、选择经济断面、并联通风等降阻措施;采区优化主要为合理分配进、回风井巷数量及断面,优化通风设施设置和调节,降低非用风段通风阻力;通风系统动力优化应充分利用和合理调整现有的井巷和通风设施,配套节能设施,实施井巷经济通风。据此提出并实施了系统优化改造工程。 Combing with ventilation system status in Honghui No. 1 Coal Mine, for the characteristics of ventilation system in Multi - wellhead old mine, through analysis and research, the paper proposes that the key elements of ventilation system in Multi - wellhead old mine are ventilation network, adjust optimization, optimization of ventilation resistance is to shorten the length of the maximum ventilation resistance route, reduce the wind, select the economy section, parallel ventilation and so on. The main purpose of mining area optimization is rational allocation of intake and return air roadway quantity, the optimization and adjustment of ventilation facilities, the reduce of the ventilation resistance in the non - air section. Dynamic optimization of the ventilation system should make full use of reasonable adjustments to the existing roadway and ventilation facilities, supporting energy - saving facilities, to achieve economic ventilation. Accordingly system optimization and transformation is proposed and implemented.
