摘要
丁二烯抽提装置存在大量的丁二烯、炔烃等C4烃类和溶剂等有毒、易燃、易爆的物质。阐述了为保证安全生产,工艺设计时制定并实施了各种按介质自身物性特点的防氧抗聚、防泄漏、防爆炸的安全措施。如生产操作时减少停留时间、降低操作温度、控制炔烃分压;结构设计时采用高效导向浮阀塔盘和内件;设置单塔超压联锁停车等。丁二烯装置摆脱了"几月一小停、一年一大停"的频繁检修的状态,基本上可与乙烯装置同周期运转。切实延长和保障了在役丁二烯装置的运行时间和生产安全。
Butadiene,C4 acetylenes and solvents in butadiene plant are flammable,explosive and toxic materials.It is important to study the safety measures including anti-oxidation,polymerization prevention,anti-leakage,anti-fire and anti-explosion based on the physical properties of materials,so as to prolong the operation cycle and improve the production safety of butadiene plant.
