添加氧化钛对钇铝石榴石纤维形貌的影响

摘要 以金属铝粉、氯化铝、冰醋酸、氧化钇为原料,通过溶胶—凝胶法制备了钇铝石榴石纤维(YAG)。通过在溶胶中引入氧化钛,研究其对YAG纤维形貌的影响。结果表明,氧化钛可促进YAG晶粒生长,含氧化钛的纤维在1 400℃烧结6h后,晶粒尺寸达0.5~1.0μm。 Yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) fibers were prepared by sol-gel method with aluminum powder, aluminum chloride, acetic acid and yttrium oxide as raw materials. The effects of titania on YAG fiber morphology were studied by adding titania into sol. The results indicate that the grain growth of YAG is promoted. The grain size of YAG fibers with titania is about 0.5 - 1.0 μm when the fiber is sintered at 1 400 ℃ for 6 h.
