摘要
钢箱梁桥面板U肋与桥面板的连接焊缝属于薄板角焊缝,应用传统手工超声波检测手段对其熔深进行检测存在定位不准、判伤困难的技术难题。而超声波相控阵检测为U肋角焊缝熔深的检测提供了一种新的选择,该方法判伤准确,测量精度高,还可大幅提高检测效率。通过仿真模拟和对比试验,认为该方法可以应用于类似的薄板焊缝探伤。
The welding between U Rib of Steel box girder bridge deck and bridge deck is a kind of thin plate fillet weld, the technical problem is to get both the defect localization and quali- tative when using traditional UT inspection for depth of fusion measuring. But Phase Array is a new method for measuring the fusion depth of U Rib welding. As PA is accurate for evaluating defect in terms of to get measurement, the inspection efficiency will be increased significantly. After simulating and contrast test, we thought that PA can be use in such kind of thin plate weld inspection.
