摘要
There are three different systems of low temperature plasma technique: corona discharge, glow discharge and jet stream. The difference among these systems is gas pressure condition of plasma producing. The glow discharge treatment is belonging to plasma technique under low pressure. The free electrons, radical, ions and UV radiation produced by glow discharge, as well as many active particles produced by various gases can produce activation reaction rely on process condition. In this paper, the possibility of glow discharge plasma technique under low temperature applicable to textiles dyeing and finishing for pure cotton, polyester cotton, wool and silk fabrics is described in detail.
