摘要
铅锌金属冶炼大多采用一个冶炼系统对应一套制酸系统传统配置。采用单套烟气制酸系统同时对应铅锌两个冶炼系统产生的烟气设计理念,生产工艺流程,配置,以及这种配置下铅锌联合生产在江铜铅锌金属有限公司成功应用,创新了铅锌工业化大生产传统设计生产模式。
The traditional Lead and Zinc smelting adopts a single smelting with a single acid generate system mostly. Through in- troducing the design theory of the single sulphuric acid system used for lead and zincs two smelting exhaust gas system, production process flow, process configuration and the successful application in JCC Lead and Zinc Metals Company Limited, to innovated tradi- tional large scale production mode in lead and zinc industry.
