摘要
研究了大蒜 (Alliumsativum)鳞茎提取液对青霉、曲霉、根霉、木霉四种食用菌竞争性杂菌的抑制作用。抑制浓度EC50 值为 0 .182 0 %~ 0 .6166%。
The inhibition effect of Allium sativum bulb extract on edible fungi competition moulds—Penicillium spp., Aspergillus spp., Rhizopus spp. and Trichoderma spp. was studied. And E C50 of the A.sativum bulb extract inhibition concentration was 0.1820%~0.6166%.
