用PAPD方法分析太湖大银鱼、太湖新银鱼和寡齿新银鱼的亲缘关系

Study on lineages of Protosalanx chinensis, Neosalanx taihuensis and N.oligodontis in Taihu Lake with RAPD technique

1996～ 1997年 2年中在太湖 6个水域采集到大银鱼 (Protosalanxchinensis)、太湖新银鱼(Neosalanxreganius)和寡齿新银鱼 (Neosalanxoligodontis) ,并发现其中有 2个样品的RAPD图谱与其它样品的图谱有很大差异 ,进一步的DNA分析结果表明 ,这 2个样品不属于大银鱼、太湖新银鱼和寡齿新银鱼的其它种银鱼 ,表明太湖中可能存在

Protosalanx chinensis, Neosalanx taihuensis and N.oligodontis were collected from 6 sampling sites of Taihu Lake in 1996 and 1997. Among these there were two individuals whose RAPD patterns were appreciably different from those of the others. And further analyses demonstrated that the two individuals should belong to two different Salangid species other than the three species mentioned above. It is therefore speculated based on the research results that in Lake Taihu there exist at least five but not four species of Salangid fishes.
