摘要
为了了解福建省高中生生涯发展水平的现状,本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对福建省的1458名高中生进行调查。调查结果显示:福建省高中生生涯发展水平在重点校与非重点校、性别、年级和文理科上存在显著差异,学校与教师对学生的生涯教育普遍缺乏。针对以上现状,学校应重视对学生的生涯发展指导,增加教师有关生涯发展的知识,提高教师生涯发展指导的能力,并根据不同类型学生的特点,有针对性地进行指导。
This paper analyzes high school students'career guidance situation in Fujian province,which finds out that career development levels among key schools and non-key schools,boys and girls,and different grades are significantly different. There is insufficient career guidance to students in schools. Schools should pay more attention to the career development guidance to students,and increase the teachers' knowledge of career development and improve the ability of teachers' career development guidance.
