摘要
通过超声波辅助Stber法制备了单分散的纳米二氧化硅,采用长链烷基三甲氧基硅烷对其表面进行改性,制得一系列表面性质不同的纳米粉体,以亲油化度、三相接触角测量值及稳定Pickering乳液的能力为判断标准,得到了两亲性纳米SiO2的制备参数,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、透射电镜、动态光散射以及O/W界面悬浮实验、分散性实验,对两亲性纳米SiO2进行了表征。
Monodispersed nano-SiO2 was prepared with ultrasonic-assisted St6ber method. By means of surface modification using silane coupling agent on the nano-SiO2, a series of nanopowders with different surface properties were obtained. The preparation parameters of amphiphilic nano-SiO2 were determined by measuring the lipophilic degree, three-phase contact angle and the emulsifying ability. At last, the amphiphilic nano-SiO2 was fully characterized by FTIR, TEM, DLS and O/W interface suspension experiment and dispersion test.
