摘要
剪切机是核燃料处理工程的关键设备,其剪切刀具用于剪切复合材料组件,剪切刀具的工况直接影响整个剪切工作的效率。由于实际生产过程中刀具的磨损非常严重,导致刀具过早失效。通过分析在实际生产过程中刀具出现的主要失效形式——磨损,从而为提高刀具使用寿命提供一定的理论依据。
Shearing machine is the most important equipment in nuclear fuel treatment engineering, the composite components are cut by the shear tool, so the working condition of shear tool directly affects the shearing efficiency. In the process of actual production, the shear tool is brought to a premature failure by serious wear. This article analyzed the main failure modes of tool wear in actual production process, to provide certain theoretical basis for raising the service life of shear tool.
