2011年广汉市职业病危害因素监测与健康监护结果

Results of occupational hazardous factor monitoring and health care in Guanghan City in 2011

目的了解广汉市作业场所职业病危害因素监测和有毒有害作业人员健康监护情况,为制定职业病防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据健康危害监测信息系统资料对该市2011年职业病危害因素监测情况和健康监护结果进行分析。结果 2011年该市作业场所职业病危害因素检测合格率为87.51%。粉尘、化学毒物、物理因素检测合格率分别为86.34%、96.40%、81.49%。职业健康检查中疑似职业病和职业禁忌证检出率分别为2.02%、0.03%。结论相关部门应进一步加强职业卫生监管工作,重点加强粉尘、噪声、苯系物、锰等职业病危害因素作业场所的职业卫生管理及作业人员的健康监护工作。

[Objective]To understand the status of occupational hazardous factor monitoring in workplaces and health care among workers exposed to toxic and hazardous environment,provide the scientific basis for making the prevention countermeasures.[Methods]According to the data from the Health monitoring information system,the results of occupational hazardous factor monitoring and health care in Guanghan City in 2011 were analyzed.[Results]The qualified rate of occupational hazardous factors in workplaces of Guanghan City in 2011 was 87.51%.The qualified rate of dust,chemical poisons and physical factors was 86.34%,96.40% and 81.49% respectively.In the occupational health examination,the detection rate of suspected occupational disease and occupational contraindication was 2.02% and 0.03% respectively.[Conclusion]The relevant departments should further strengthen occupational health supervision,especially the occupational health management in workplaces that have the occupational hazardous factors of dust,noise,benzene and manganese,as well as the health care among exposed workers.
