摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟教学在护生实习培训中的应用效果。方法:选取实习护生108名,分为对照组54名和观察组54名,对照组护生采用传统培训方法,观察组护生采用情景模拟教学模式进行培训,比较两组护生实习的出科成绩及带教老师满意度,护生满意度。结果:两组比较统计学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟教学能调动护生对实习的积极性,提高护生的学习成绩,并深化理论知识的理解和掌握,使护生尽快适应临床工作需要。
Objective: To investigate the application of scene simulation teaching in the training of nursing students. Methods: Nursing students 108, divided into 54 patients in the control group and observation group 54, control group of nursing students using the traditional training method, the observation group nurses with the situational training simulation teaching mode, compared with two groups of nursing students of grades and teacher satisfaction, nurse satisfaction. Results: Significant significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05), Conclusion: Situational teaching can arouse the students enthusiasm for practice, improve students' achievement, and deepen the understanding and mastering theoretical knowledge, to adapt to the need of clinical nursing students.
