The changes of cortex distribution of calcium and somatostain content in dementia rat after iterative ischemia brain damage

摘要 目的 :探讨反复脑缺血后痴呆大鼠皮质内钙分布及生长抑素含量的变化。方法 :采用 SD大鼠 4 -血管阻断、脑反复缺血再灌注方法 ,制作缺血痴呆动物模型 ,水迷宫和跳台试验观察学习、记忆的变化 ,电镜观察皮质钙颗粒的分布情况 ,放射免疫法测定丘脑和海马区生长抑素含量的变化。结果 :缺血痴呆动物脑神经元及胶质细胞均见钙颗粒分布于损伤细胞的线粒体及细胞浆空泡内 ;丘脑和海马区生长抑素含量与对照组比较明显减少 (P<0 .0 5) .结论 :痴呆大鼠学习、记忆能力的减退可能与皮质钙内流过度 。 Objective: To study the changes of cortes distribution of calcium and somatostain content in dementia rat after iterative ischemia brain damage.Methods:The model of ischemia dementia in SD rats was established by 4vesselocclusion and reperfusion of iterative ischemia brain.The changes of learning and memory were observed by Water Maze Test,Step Dowm Test and cortex distribution of calcium by electron microscope.Somatostain content was determined by radioimmunoassay in hippocampi and thalama. Results:The calcium granules were seen in brain never cells and colloid cells of ischemia dementia animals by distributing in plastosome and cytoplasm of injury cells.The Somatostain contents of dementia group is distinctively reduced in hippocampi and thalami than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The letdown power of learning and memory in dementia rats in likely to be relate to cortex Salcium overinflow and somatostain contents reduce in hippocampi and thalamencephalon.
