经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术对输尿管上段结石患者围术期机体综合反应状态的影响

Influence of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser for the body comprehensive response state of patients with upper ureteral calculi during perioperative period

目的:探讨经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术对输尿管上段结石患者围术期机体综合反应状态的影响。方法:选取2011年12月～2013年1月于本院采用经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术治疗的58例输尿管上段结石患者为观察组,同时期采用开放式手术进行治疗的58例患者设为对照组,检测并比较两组患者术前1d及术后1、3、7d的血清氧化应激、应激激素及血液黏度指标。结果:观察组术后1、3、7d的血清氧化应激指标优于对照组,而应激激素及血液黏度指标低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石术对输尿管上段结石患者围术期机体综合反应状态的影响较小,对患者的不良影响也相对较小,患者的术后恢复也更快。

Objective. To study the influence of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser for the body comprehensive response state of patients with upper ureteral calculi during perioperative peri- od. Methods：A total of 58 patients with upper ureteral calculi taht treated with percutaneous nephrolitho- tripsy with holmium laser in our hospital from December 2011 to January 2013 were enrolled as observa- tion group,58 cases treated with open operation during the same period were enrolled as control group, then the serum oxidative stress, stress hormone and blood viscosity indexes of two groups on 1st day before the operation and at 1st ,3rd and 7th day after the operation were detected and compared. Results： The ser- um oxidative stress indexes of observation group at 1st , 3rd and 7th day after the operation were better than those of control group,while the stress hormone and blood viscosity, indexes were significantly lower than those of control group （P all^0.05）. Conclusion： The impact of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with holmium laser for the body comprehensive response state of patients with upper ureteral calculi during perioperative period is light without inducing many adverse reactions, which is helpful for postoperative re- covery of patients.
