补肾法针刺联合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎160例疗效观察

Observation of kidney-nourishing therapy of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy on osteoarthritis of knee joint

目的观察补肾法针刺联合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法将320例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组160例单纯使用补肾法针刺治疗,治疗组160例予补肾法针刺联合中药治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效,并观察2组治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛法(VAS)评分。结果 2组治疗后VAS评分较本组治疗前均下降(P<0.05);2组治疗后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率55.63%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论补肾法针刺联合中药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of kidney - nourishing therapy of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy on the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods 320 patients with os- teoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups. 160 cases in control group received kidney - nouris- hing therapy of acupuncture. 160 cases in treatment group received kidney - nourishing therapy of acupuncture com- bined with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The course was a month in two groups. VAS was observed before and after treatment. Results VAS after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. VAS in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in treat- ment group （87.50%） was higher than that in control group （55.63%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kidney - nouris- hing therapy of acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has definite effect on osteoarthritis of knee joint.
