摘要
目的对轮转ICU的规范化培训护士采用定向培养模式,提高培训的效率与质量,改善ICU专科护士不足的临床现状。方法将2011年3月~2012年2月在ICU轮转的规范化培训护士随机分为对照组与培训组,培训组采用定向性培养模式进行培训,对照组按照传统培训模式进行培养;比较其两组护士在对培训课程参与度、培训后考核成绩等方面指标的差异。结果接受定向性培养模式的护士在ICU培训参与度、专科护理理论与技能考评成绩及合格率等评价指标比较上显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论定向性培养模式可以提高ICU专业对规范化培训护士的吸引力,提高培训护士的ICU专科护理能力,可以此建立以岗位需求为导向的ICU专科护士培养模式。
Objective To enhance the teaching effects and quality of nursing in ICU, by using the orientation training mode, in order to improve the insufficient clinical situation. Methods A part of nurses in ICU from 2011.3 to 20012.2 was trained by orientation mode. The scores of program participation, teaching effects and quality were counted in comparison with the traditional trained nurses. Results The training time was shortened, and the evaluation indicators were improved significantly by using the orientation training mode. Conclusion The orientation training mode could shorten the training time, improve the ability of ICU nurses, and solve the problems of insufficient human resource in ICU nursing.
