应用射频针刺治疗颈型颈椎病探索腧穴得气深度和组织的临床研究

A clinical study on treating cervical syndrome by RF acupuncture

目的:通过射频针刺研究颈部腧穴得气时的深度及得气时针尖所达到的组织。方法:利用射频设备测定腧穴得气时射频针针尖所在的深度及腧穴得气时组织的电阻值,从而判断得气位置的组织类别及腧穴深度。结果:颈部所选腧穴得气深度与患者胖瘦有关,胖人得气深度较瘦人深,性别及左右对称腧穴之间无差异,所选腧穴的得气组织皆为肌肉组织。结论:通过射频针刺这种新的针刺方法,在颈型颈椎病治疗中疗效满意,并且可以有效测得腧穴得气深度及腧穴得气时针尖所在组织的类别。

Objective： To investigate the tissue and position of needles by acupuncture. Methods： To apply the RF device to measure the resistance value of different tissue and position for judgment of type and position of tissue. Results： The position of needles was related to whether patients was fat or thin, the fatter the deeper needle, sex and right-left position was not relevant. Conclusion： The RF device was good at applying acupuncture and easy to find out the position of needles.
