摘要 工业加热炉炉温都比较高,所以传热的方式以辐射为主,基于加热炉辐射传热的节能理论,综述分析了炉内装强辐射元件、炉内衬喷涂辐射涂料、在辐射室装反射板、优化改造加热炉等加热炉辐射传热节能方法。其中喷涂辐射涂料以其不改变原本加热炉的结构,操作起来较为方便,且节能效果好,得到了较多的使用。文末对辐射传热节能的研究重点与发展趋势做了简单的分析述评。 Industrial heating furnace temperature is higher, so its heating transfer is mainly in the way of radiation. Now based on the energy - saving theory of heating furnace radiation heat transfer, the author summarizes heating furnace radiation transfer energy - saving methods from furnace installed strongly ra-diant components, furnace lining sprayed radiant coating, installed reflective plates in the radiation room, optimized and changed the furnace structure and so on. Wherein furnace sprayed radiant coating method is used more frequently, which is not needed to change the heating furnace's original structure and more easily manipulated to obtain good effects. In the end, the author gives a simple analysis towards the key research points and future trends of radiation transfer energy - saving.
