摘要
学界对《牛津英语词典》中汉语借词的数量,众说纷纭,莫衷一是。以国外学者Isabel de la Cruz-Cabanillas和Helena Juˇricov的研究为基础,结合自己检索的语料,对《牛津英语词典》中汉语借词的数量进行分析研究,笔者发现:官方"245说",指的是严格意义上的汉源音译词;国内"1000说",较为流行,但都是主观臆测,表达借词的概念也最为宽泛。遗憾的是,两者均未提供具体的借词词表。为便于今后研究,笔者整理翻译出一个"394说"词表,以补阙如。
There has existed a sea of controversies over the number of Chinese loanwords in Oxford English Dictionary （OED）. This paper, by an in-depth analysis of the corpora of Isabel de la Cruz-Cabanill, Helena Jurieov6, and the author＇s own, gets the findings as follows： Number 245 is OED official declaration in a strict sense of Chinese borrowings; Number 1000, a common Chinese domestic belief is, in fact, nothing but a guess in a broad sense; Moreover, neither of the two statements offers tea in this respect, the author presents a 3 ders a word list. In order to facilitate the future research 94-word vocabulary with Chinese translations.
