16层螺旋CT肺血管造影及三维重建技术在肺癌血供诊断中的价值

16 spiral CT pulmonary angiography combined with dimensional reconstruction's application value in diagnosis of lung cancer blood supply

目的探讨16层螺旋CT肺血管造影及三维重建技术在肺癌血供诊断中的价值。方法选取2008年10月至2012年10月收治的诊断为疑似肺癌患者125例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(65例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用平扫+增强的检查方法进行检查;观察组采用平扫+增强+16层螺旋CT肺血管造影及三维重建技术结合的方式进行检查。观察并对两组检查方法的诊断率及肿瘤血供影像学结果进行评价。结果两组患者诊断率对比,观察组较对照组高13.8%(P<0.05);两种诊断方法对肿瘤血供观察的清晰度对比,观察组较对照组高22.9%(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论 16层螺旋CT肺血管造影联合三维重建技术能提高肺癌诊断率,并能很好地反应肿瘤的血供情况。

Objective To discuss 16 spiral CT pulmonary angiography combined with dimensional reconstruction＇s application value in diagnosis of lung cancer blood supply.Methods Chose 125 cases of suspected lung cancer patients who have been treated at our hospital from October 2008 to October 2012,divided them into control group（65 cases） and observation group（60 cases） according to random number table.Adopted plain scan ＋ enhancement scanning to make diagnosis for control group＇s patients,while adopted plain scan ＋ enhancement scanning ＋ 16 spiral CT pulmonary angiography combined with dimensional reconstruction to make diagnosis for observation group＇s patients.Observed and evaluated these two inspection methods＇diagnosis rates and tumor blood supply iconography results.Results Observation group＇s diagnosis rate was 13.8% higher than control group＇s（P 0.05）,and its sharpness of tumor blood supply observation was 22.9% higher than control group＇s（P 0.05）,the differences have statistics meaning.Conclusions 16 spiral CT pulmonary angiography combined with dimensional reconstruction has high diagnosis rate of lung cancer,and it can react lung cancer＇blood supply conditions very well.
