摘要
私企早教机构已经成为0-3岁婴幼儿早教市场的主力军,私企早教教师的专业化发展迫在眉睫。本研究通过对以深度访谈搜集的私企早教教师专业化发展动机进行文本分析,探讨私企早教教师专业化发展动机。研究结果表明:为获得更系统的教师培训机会、将教学与销售结合及应对家长讲座带来的推动力皆成为私企早教教师专业化发展的外部动机,更能被社会认可和及时的自我反思是私企早教教师专业化发展的重要内部动机。
Private early education institute has occupied the majority share of kids (age1-3) market. As a result, the spe- cialization of early education teachers in private sector has become an extremely urgent demand. This thesis, through extensively collecting relevant texts, studies the motivations in this regard. Result shows that the motivations are divided into two categories- -External motivation including to acquire more systematic training chance, to combine education and sales and to response to the parents' lectures while the internal motivations include being more accepted by the society and self-reflection.
