依托重点学科建设 谋求教学团队全面发展

Relying on the Construction of Key Disciplines and Seeking All-Round Development for the Teaching Team

目的:依托重点学科建设,为国家级教学团队谋求全面发展。方法:从带头人先锋模范作用、团队师资培养建设、转变教育理念、探索教学新模式、精品教材建设和科研转化教学几个方面,展现入选中医基础理论国家级教学团队以来本团队的发展状态,并简述团队背景和建设概况及今后的发展目标。结果:本团队将进一步优化团队结构,提高团队自身素质,发挥团队优势,完善运行机制,构建学习型、创新型教学组织,争取在教学资源建设方面更加完善,教学内涵建设、教学管理、教学特色优势、科研转化教学等方面再创新绩。结论:依托重点学科建设,教学团队将会取得全面发展。

Objective：To seek all-round development for national teaching team relying on the construction of key disciplines. Methods： The team＇s development status was showed since included in the national teaching team of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine from several aspects of exemplary and vanguard role of champion, team construction of teacher-training, change education idea, explora- tion new teaching mode, good quality of teaching material construction, and transformation of scientific research to teaching, and the team＇s background and general situation of the construction and the development goals in the future were briefly described. Results：The team will further optimize the team structure, improve the self-quality of the team, express team advantages, and perfect the running mechanism to build a learning-oriented, innovative teaching organization, strive for better improvement in construction of teaching re- sources, and recreat better achievements in teaching connotation construction, teaching management, teaching characteristic advantage, transformation of scientific research to teaching, etc.. Conclusion：The teaching team will achieve all-round development relying on the construction of key disciplines.
