On the Essential Relation between Civil Law and Private Ownership

我国遵循以社会主义公有制为基础建立健全社会主义制度,但同时又承认并保护了民法私有制。民法的根本是私有制,同时也是规范私有制的最基本的法律文献。我国的民法大力倡导并发展以私有制为基础的社会主义经济发展。

Our country establishes and improves socialist system on the basis of socialist public ownership but at the same time it recognizes and protects private ownership of civil law. The essence of civil law is private ownership and it is also the most basic legal literature regulating private ownership. Our country＇s civil law greatly advocates and develops socialist market economy on the basis of private ownership.
