摘要
主要从疲劳S-N曲线、等寿命图两个方面研究了航空有机玻璃的疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:由Goodman模型拟合的有机玻璃疲劳等寿命图不但本身具有很高的相关性系数,同时能很好地预测某一寿命下材料的安全系数,是拟合航空有机玻璃等寿命图的优选模型。Goodman模型等寿命图使试验人员很清楚地找到每一个点对应的σ_(max),σ_(min),σ_a,σ_m,R,N值,节省了试验的时间和成本;由已知的许用安全系数,可以计算出任一工作点的安全系数和安全区,为结构的设计提供依据。
The fatigue life of aeronautical perspex was studied on the basis of the fatigue S--N curves and fatigue diagrams of constant life. The research results showed that the Goodman model of organic glass fatigue life diagram not only itself had a very high correlation coefficient, at the same time could well predict a life of material under the safety coefficient, was fitting aeronautical perspex and other life diagram model. Goodman model life made the test personnel clearly find every point corresponding to the σmax,σmin,σa,σm, R and N, so as to the test time and cost were saved; and the safety coefficient and safety zone of a working point could be calculated by the known allowable safety coefficient, which would provide a basis for structure design.
