摘要
主要介绍了一种有效的对激光粒度分析仪纳米调试粒子粒度分布的定值方法,寻找出一种方便稳定的可以用作校准激光粒度分析仪的纳米级的调试粒子,利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、激光粒度分析仪等多种分析手段共同对其粒径进行准确的定值及粒度测定,为制备能校准激光粒度分析仪纳米尺度的标准粒子提供方法依据.
An effective method for evaluation of nanoparticle size distribution was established in the present study, and debugging particles were also found and used to calibrate the Static Light Scattering Par- ticle Size Analyzer in nanometer scale. By using Transmission Electronic Microscopy (TEM), Scanning E- lectronic Microscopy (SEM) and Static Light Scattering Particle Size Analyzer, the shape of the particles were measured and the diameter of particles was found accurate. Taken together, this study provides a method to prepare standard particles for calibration of the Static Light Scattering Particle Size Analyzers.
