终身学习视阈下“双师型”师资队伍建设的研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 高职教育的成败与否关键在于师资队伍的建设。运用实地调查的方法分析了在向"双师型"教师转变过程中存在的问题,结合高职院校教师的特点探讨了如何把"终身学习"的理念作为一个重要的内在动因,使高职教师们变被动为主动,唤起自觉创造自身职业的主动意识,从而领悟到转变为"双师型"教师的深远意义。
