DA-6缓解茄子幼苗高温胁迫研究初探 被引量:5

摘要 通过对茄子幼苗喷施10、20、30、40、50 mg/L 5个不同浓度的DA-6,再将茄子幼苗置于白天40℃、夜晚32℃的高温下进行胁迫处理,研究不同浓度DA-6对高温胁迫下的茄子幼苗电解质渗透率、根系活力、脯氨酸、丙二醛、叶绿素含量、超氧阴离子产生速率、可溶性蛋白及保护酶活性影响。结果表明:喷施DA-6的茄子幼苗相对于对照,各项生理指标存在显著差异,尤其是当DA-6浓度为20 mg/L时,茄子幼苗的叶绿素含量、根系活力、EC值、SOD活性、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量等指标综合反映较好,且与其他处理差异显著。因此,DA-6能够缓解高温胁迫对茄子幼苗的影响,且浓度以20 mg/L为宜。 In this experiment, we sprayed DA--6 with different concentrations (10,20,30,40,50 mg/L)on the eggplant seedings ,then we put the seedings under high temperature (40℃/32℃~C,day/night),we studied the effects of heat stress on the electrolyte permeability, root activity, MDA, proline, chlorophyll content, superoxide anion, soluble protein and the activity of protective enzyme of eggplant seedlings. The results showed that: the physiological parameters of the eggplant seedlings in different DA-6 treatments showed significant difference contrasting to that of CK, especially when the eggplant seedlings were spraied DA-6 with 20 mg/L, the chlorophyll content, root activity, electrolyte leakage, SOD, proline content and MDA content of the seedlings were suprior to that of other treatments with significant differences. In conclusion, Spraying DA-6 could alleviate the heat stress on e^ffolant Seedlings, and the suitable concentration of DA-6 was 20 mg/L
