欠发达地区农村空巢老人养老问题实证研究——以怀化农村为例

A Research of the Pension Problems of Rural Empty-Nest Elderly in Undeveloped Areas——Taking Huaihua Rural Areas an Example

由于农村青壮年人口大量外流,农村空巢家庭数量日益剧增,而绝大多数农民的养老方式仍是以土地保障为基础、非制度化的家庭养老。但在日益加剧的城市化进程中,传统的家庭保障已经面临巨大的挑战。根据实地调查,针对农村空巢老人养老中存在的问题,提出相应的对策和措施。

A mass of empty nest families have been forming in rural areas because lots of the young leave the hometown to exotic places. The endowment way of the majority of farmers is a non - institutionalized family endowment, which bases on land security. In the accelerating process of urbanization, the traditional family security faces a huge challenge. Therefore; this study puts forward some suggestions to solve the pension problems in undeveloped areas, based on the investigation in rural practice.
