就业压力对硕士研究生学习和科研影响的研究

A Study of the Impact of Job Seeking on Graduate Students

为全面了解就业压力对硕士研究生学习和科研产生的影响,对山东省216名理科研究生进行了问卷调查。结果表明,多数研究生认为就业压力大对他们的学习和科研产生了很大影响,特别是对他们学习和科研的态度、时间、深度及广度等方面产生了较大程度的影响。鉴于此,高校应对研究生进行更多的就业指导和心理指导,使研究生在校期间能够安心的进行学习和科研。

A survey was conducted of 216 graduate students of science in Shandong Province to gain a better understanding of the impact of the job seeking pressure on graduate study.The results show that the majority of students have been under significant pressure which has affected the time,scope,depth and attitude of their learning and research.In view of this,colleges and universities should provide more psychological guidance and employment counseling for their students to enable them to feel at ease during their stay at school.
