摘要
设计了一种适用低铁损、高磁感硅钢的新型薄板碎边剪。分析研究了剪切传动机构的布置方式及适用范围并给出了布置方式的选型原则。根据剪切传动机构的布置方式推导出了倾斜剪刃碎边剪剪刃侧间隙调整数学模型,为倾斜剪刃碎边剪剪刃侧隙自动化调整提供理论基础。
A new low iron loss scrap cutter suitable for high magnetic strength silicon steel was designed. The arrangement form of the shearing drive mechanism is analyzed emphatically. The selection principle of arrange- ment form is given. A mathematical models of side clearance adjustment for scrap cutter with tilt shearing blades was deduced according to the arrangement form of the shearing drive mechanism. It provided a theoretical basis for automatic adjustment of scrap cutter side clearance.
