物流货代企业员工满意度实证研究——以西安为例

Empirical Study on Employee Satisfaction of Logistics Consignor Enterprises:The Example of Xi'an

通过研究分析以往满意度测评指标,结合货代企业自身情况,构建了货代企业员工满意度测评指标,设计问卷并对西安货代企业进行了问卷调查,以了解货代企业员工满意度状况,并提出了提高员工满意度的对策与建议。

In this paper, through analyzing previous satisfaction evaluation index and in light of the condition of the freight consignor enterprises, we constructed the evaluation index system for the employee satisfaction of the enterprises, designed the form to be used in a questionnaire survey to collection information on the degree of satisfaction of their employees and finally proposed the suggestion for its improvement.
