摘要
随着组织行为学的兴起,作业绩效、关系绩效和团队绩效逐渐成为工作绩效考评的综合指标。近二十年实证研究已确定人格特质是预测工作绩效的一项重要指标。本研究系统总结出国内外学者对人格特质和作业绩效、关系绩效以及团队绩效的关系的研究结果,拟通过描述和分析论题的研究现状和发展趋势为今后从事有关研究提供一些启示。
With the development of organizational behavior, task performance, contextual performance and group performance has become the index of working performance appraisal. Around 20 years, empirical researches have tested that personality traits is an important index to predict working performance. And they concluded the study results of scholars at home and abroad which focus on the relationship between personality traits with task performance, contextual performance and group performance. Through description and discussing the current status and development trend, the author points out some inspirations from it.
