循证护理在心血管疾病患者并发症中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing of the common problems in the treatment of cardiovascular disease

目的:探讨循征护理在心血管病治疗中常见并发症的应用方法。方法:将120例心血管病住院患者按照治疗的先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组60例给予常规护理;观察组60例采取循证护理:提出护理问题,针对问题查阅相关文献,制订护理方案,并对实施效果进行分析。结果:观察组实施循征护理后,患者不良反应、并发症发生率下降,住院时间缩短,患者对疗效满意度提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心血管病患者进行循证护理,可有效减少患者治疗中常见不良反应的发生,提高临床护理质量,促进患者早日康复。

Objective：To explore the application of evidence- based nursing of the common problems in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Methods： The hospitalized patients in accordance with the order of treatment of 120 patients with cardiovascular disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,the observation group to take evidence -based nursing：caro issues for issues relevant literature, develop care programs, and the implementation of the anslysis of the effects. Results ：The observation group after the implementation of ev/dence- based care,patients with adverse reactions, the decline in the incidence of complications, shorter hospital stays, improve efficacy in patients with satisfaction, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Evidence - based nursing for patients with cardiovascular disease, can be effective in reducing the occurrence of adverse conditions common in the treatment of patients, and improve the quality of clinical care,and to promote the speedy recovery of patients.
