糖尿病患者心脏自主神经功能的检测及其相关因素探讨

Evaluation of cardiac autonomic function and it's related factors in diabetic patients

目的 探讨糖尿病患者心脏自主神经功能的改变。方法 对 4 0例 2型糖尿病(DM)、4 6例糖耐量低减 (IGT)和 4 4例糖耐量正常 (NGT)者进行了心脏自主神经功能、动态血压以及临床生化指标的检测。结果 立卧位血压差为 DM组 <IGT组 <NGT组 ,呼吸差、乏氏指数、30∶ 15比值均为 DM组 <NGT组 ,卧立位血压差为 DM组 >NGT组 ,P均 <0 .0 5。结论 年龄、收缩压、空腹血糖、餐后血糖和 UAE与记分呈显著正相关。

Objective To evaluate the cardiovascular autonomic function and it's related factors in diabetic patients.Methods Fourty cases of type 2 diabetic patients,46 IGT and 40 NGT subjects were undergone cardiac autonomic function tests,ambulatory blood pressure monitory and other clinical biochemical examination,were also exa med.Results We found there were statistic difference in beat to beat heart rate variation during standing in 3 groups.There were also difference in deep breathing variation,Valsalva maneuver,ratio 30:15 and postural hypotension between NGT an DM, P <0.05.Conclusions The score has positive correlation with age,systolic blood pressure,fasting and postprandisal blood glucose and UAE.
