摘要
以水性丙烯酸树脂为基料,制备了以不同粒径混合石墨粉为导电填料的水性涂料。针对导电填料、溶剂、偶联剂、碘的加入以及固化温度和时间等因素对涂料导电性、电磁屏蔽性能的影响进行了分析与测试。按最佳配比制备的涂料体积电阻约为0.05Ω.cm,在频段1MHz~1.5GHz范围内对电磁波的衰减可达到30dB左右。
A waterborne coating of waterborne acrylic resin based material was developed with different sizes of hybrid homemade graphite as conductive filler. The factors which impact on the electrical conductivity and electromag- netic shielding properties of it were further analysed and tested, such as conductive filler, solvent, coupling agent, io- dine addition as well as curing temperature and time. The results show that coating volume resistance was about 0.05Ω·cm according to the optimal proportion and attenuation of electromagnetic wave can reach about 30 dB on the range of frequency 1 MHz-1.5 GHz.
