摘要
结合PDCA循环理论的特点和医学实践教学体系的客观要求,提出了基于PDCA循环理论的医学实践教学应用,并分析了PDCA循环理论应用于医学实践教学管理中的必要性和可行性。构建了PD-CA循环理论在医学实践教学的应用模式,以达到推动医学实践教学管理的不断发展和教学质量的持续提升。
According to the characteristics of the PDCA cycle theory and the objective requirement of the medical practice teaching e- valuation, this paper puts forward the medical practice teaching evaluation based on PDCA cycle theory, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying PDCA cycle theory in medical practice teaching management. The application mode of PDCA cycle theory has been built in the medical practice teaching to promote the continuous development of medical practice teaching management and contin- ued ascension of teaching quality.
