摘要
中外合作办学教师的满意度与项目的发展休戚相关,我们应该把提高教师满意度作为一项长期工作来抓,努力发现教师培养与管理工作中存在的问题和不足并及时地加以解决。基于调查问卷,本文认为应从培养与管理两方面着力提高中外合作办学教师的专业能力与职业素质,通过事业促进教师发展,人本管理增强教师归属感与责任心,制度管理促进规范化,以有效激励中外合作办学教师工作的积极性和主动性,提高其满意度,形成教师和学院共好的良性发展局面。
The level of satisfaction related to the development of the program of the Sino - foreign cooperation educational program teachers is The improvement of the teachers" satisfaction should be regard closely ed as a regular work for the management of the program, trying to find and resolve the problems existing in the teachers'de-velopment. This paper, on the basis of a survey among the program teachers in a province, proposes some sugges- tions to improve the teachers" expertise and professional quality in respective of both training and administration. It holds that to help the teachers to have a bright future of their teaching career and take a people - oriented manage-ment strategy together with a set of systems can greatly encourage the teachers'innovation and creation as well as the level of satisfaction, which will in turn benefit the program and the university as well.
