中国非政府组织资金匮乏原因解析

An Analysis about the Reasons Bothering the Development of NGO in China-lacking Funds

20世纪90年代末,我国非政府组织顺应历史潮流产生并不断成长和发展,致力于各种慈善、公益事业,活动领域不断扩大,但资金匮乏成为制约其发展壮大的一个重要因素。究其原因,主要有非政府组织组织对政府过度依赖、社会公益捐助文化贫乏和志愿性参与不足、缺乏对企业捐赠相应的法律激励机制、非政府组织的公信力不足等内、外部因素。为此,我们应根据中国现实采取相对应对策,才能迎来中国非政府组织发展的春天。

At the end of 1990s,the NGO in China emerged,following the historical trend,and grew and developed unceasingly.It devoted itself to charity and public welfare establishment.Though the fields it devoted to have been growing,lacking funds have become one of the main reasons limiting its development and growth.There are internal and external reasons,the over dependence on government,the lacking of social welfare donation culture and participation,the lacking of legal and encouragement mechanisms for enterprises and the lacking of creditability of the NGO,etc.Therefore,only when we take some strategies to solve these problems could we usher the spring of development of NGO in China.
