摘要
以计算机技术为基础,构建了一个三层预测模型。该模型以预备热处理、化学热处理、淬火为输入参数,以年腐蚀深度为输出参数;并进行了试验验证。结果表明,计算机模型经过学习训练后,能有效地进行热处理对渗碳钢耐腐蚀性影响的预测,其输出的渗碳钢年腐蚀深度的预测值与试验值的相对误差为0.67%~3.23%。该预测模型具有较大的实用价值。
Based on computer technology, the prediction model with three layers was established with pre-heat treatment, chemical heat treatment and quenching as input parameters, and with yearly corrosion depth as output parameter. The model was validated by experimentation. The results show that the computer prediction model can effectively predict the effect of heat treatment on the corrosion resistance of cementite steel after training. The relative error between predicted value and test value of yearly corrosion depth is 0.67%-3.23%. The prediction model has good practical value.
