摘要
介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司260 t转炉底吹透气元件在线热更换技术的主要设备、作业流程及优点等。应用该技术后,转炉碳氧积、钢铁料消耗、终点出钢氧值及白灰单耗均降低,终点锰含量和锰收得率得到提高,吨钢综合成本降低6.3元。
Key equipment,operation flow and advantages proceeded from the technology for on-line replacing bottom blowing ventilation elements on the 260 t converter in Bayuquan Iron Steel Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.are introduced.After the application of the said technology,the carbon-oxygen equilibrium in the converter,the consumption of raw materials for steelmaking,the content value of oxygen in molten steel for tapping at the end point and lime consumption are all reduced while both the content of manganese and the yield of manganese at the end point are increased and therefore the composite cost for steelmaking per tone is reduced by 6.3 yuan RMB.
