摘要
研究日粮蛋氨酸添加水平对康贝尔麻鸭生产性能、血液生化指标、屠宰性能等的影响,探讨康贝尔麻鸭的蛋氨酸需要量。选用1日龄健康的康贝尔麻鸭1260只,根据体重随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复35只鸭。分别确定康贝尔麻鸭3个生长期(0~3周龄、4~6周龄和7~9周龄)的蛋氨酸最适营养需要量。日粮蛋氨酸水平0~3周龄:0.28%、0.33%、0.38%、0.43%、0.48%、0.53%,4~6周龄:0.30%、0.35%、0.40%、0.45%、0.50%、0.55%,7~9周龄:0.25%、0.30%、0.35%、0.40%、0.45%、0.50%。在本试验条件下,0~3周龄:日粮蛋氨酸在0.43%水平时,生长性能综合考虑比较好且血清生化指标也较好;4~6周龄:日粮蛋氨酸水平0.40%生长性能较好;7~9周龄:日粮蛋氨酸水平0.35%生长性能和血清生化指标表现最好;屠体重、半净膛率和全净膛率均0.45%蛋氨酸最好;腿肌率0.40%蛋氨酸最好;康贝尔麻鸭0~3、4~6、7~9周龄日粮蛋氨酸推荐总量分别为0.38%~0.43%(ME 11.84MJ/kg;CP 19.57%);0.40%~0.45%(ME 11.67MJ/kg;CP 17.38%);0.35%~0.40%(ME 11.72MJ/kg;CP 16.76%)。
An experiment was conducted to investigate dietary methionine level on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and slaughter performance in Campbell Sheldrake ducks,and to estimate its optimal dietary methionine level. A total of 1 260 1-day-old ducks were randomly assigned to 6 dietary treatments with 6 replicates and 35 birds with each pen. In order to determine the Campbell sheldrake duck optimum methionine recommended level at the growing period of 0 to 3 weeks of age, the level of dietary methionine : 0.28%, 0.33%, 0.38%, 0.43%, 0.48%, 0.53% ; while from 4 to 6 weeks of age : 0.30% , 0.35% , 0.40% , 0.45% , 0.50% , 0.55% ; and for 7 to 9 weeks of age:0.25%,0.30%,0.35%, 0.40%,0.45%,0.50%. The results showed that:In 0 to 3 weeks of age,dietary methionine level of 0.38%,in regards tofeed intake (ADFI), daily gain and feed gain (F/G) ratio had taken into better account. Serum protein was better at methionine 0.43%. At 4 to 6 weeks of age, 0.40% dietary methionine was significantly better for growth performance. At 7 to 9 weeks of age,0.35% dietary methionine had better growth performance and serum biochemical indicators. Carcass weight, semi-eviscerated and eviscerated of 0.45% group was significantly better; conversely, leg muscle rate of 0.40% group was significantly better. It was concluded that dietary methionine recommended for Campbell Sheldrake duck at the period of 0 to 3,4 to 6,7 to 9 weeks of age was 0.38% to 0.43% (ME ll.84MJ/kg,CP 19.57%),0.40% to 0.45% (ME 11.67 MJ/kg,CP 17.38%),0.35% to 0.40% (ME 11.72 MJ/kg,CP 16.76%) respectively.
