正常人体表心电图形态的逐拍变化 被引量:4

摘要 心电图的各种波形是众多心肌细胞动作电位在体表的综合效应。建立了对体表心电图的形态进行逐拍分析的硬件及软件系统 ,对58例健康人体表心电图进行了采集和分析 ,得到了正常人体表心电图中P波 ,QRS波 ,及T波的形态差异图 ,并进行了频谱及时域瞬态分析 ,从而展示了心肌电活动在体表心电图中的逐拍变化现象。体表心电图逐拍形态变化反映了心房肌和心室肌电活动的时变特征。 The waveforms of electrocardiogram(ECG) are the synthesized effects of the electrical activities of the vast myocardial cells. Medical research revealed it contained important information in the beat to beat micro-changes of ECG. The authors set up a computerized system including software and hard ware to analysis the beat to beat morphology of human surface ECG. ECGs of 58 healthy subjects were collected and analyzed. Diagrams of polymorph of P, QRS, and T waves of normal human subjects were obtained. On the surface ECG, the reflections of the beat to beat changes of the electrical activities of myocardial cells were observed by power spectrum analysis and time-donain temporary analysis. The meaning of the phenomena of beat to beat polymorph of surface ECG is that it is the reflection of the time-variant features of the myocardial cells.
